THE YARN The Guild newsletter is published five times each year and is mailed to member homes and exchanged with guilds throughout the U.S. and Canada. It posts the Guild calendar of activities: meetings, lectures, workshops and newsletter deadlines. It also posts a calendar of additional fiber activities and events that happen in the region. Each issue is filled with information pertinent to our members, reports on recent events and upcoming programs. It is the best source for registration materials for Guild workshops. There is a weaving exchange board called THRUMS and opportunities for advertising. Fiber news and related articles are welcome from members and non-members and should be submitted to the editor.

Ads may be placed at the following rates per issue: 1/8 page * $ 5.00 1/4 page 10.00 1/2 page 20.00 full page 40.00

* This may be a business card (approximately 2” x 3-1/2”) or classified-type ad (up to 10 lines x 53 characters per line).

There is a 20% discount if your ad is placed in all 5 issues during the year; e.g. a business card size ad will cost only $20 per year. Local retailers with websites who advertise in The YARN will also be listed in our website links.
